Delete your account
Use this page to request deletion of your PaniLelo account and associated data (Google Play account-deletion requirement).
How to request deletion
- Email
panileloapp@gmail.comfrom the email address linked to your account (or include the phone number you use to sign in). - Use subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your brand/business name if you are an owner, and confirm you want permanent deletion.
What we delete
After we verify the request, we delete your account and associated user data from our active systems (profile, business records tied to your account, uploaded images we store for your account, etc.).
What we may retain briefly
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax/accounting, or legal compliance. Freezing or disabling an account is not treated as deletion.
Subscriptions
If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play as well. Play purchase history remains under Google’s policies.
In-app
You may also request deletion from inside the PaniLelo app (Settings / Profile or by contacting support while signed in).
