This Privacy Policy describes how PaniLelo (“we”, “our”, “us”) accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the PaniLelo Android app, Owner Web dashboard, and related services (the “Service”).

PaniLelo helps water suppliers (owners), field workers, and customers manage deliveries, billing, payments, and related workflows.

This policy is written to align with Google Play’s User Data requirements under Privacy, Deception and Device Abuse. Disclosures here should match your Play Console Data safety form.

1) Who this applies to

PaniLelo is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

With your permission, we may access approximate and/or precise location to let owners set a supply area and to help customers find nearby suppliers. Location is not used for advertising profiling.

2.4 Photos / media you select

When you add a profile, product, QR, or payment-proof image, we process only the file you select for that feature. We do not scan your full photo library.

2.5 Notifications

With permission where required, we may send local or push notifications for bills, reminders, approvals, and service alerts.

2.6 Device, diagnostics, and advertising

We do not collect telephony persistent identifiers (IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial) to link them to your personal data.

Within your workflow

Data is visible to users in your brand according to role (owner, worker, customer).

Service providers

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not share personal data for unrelated third-party marketing.

6) Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS for network traffic to our backends, authenticated access, role-based visibility, and cloud provider controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7) Data retention

We retain account and business data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After deletion completes, we remove associated user data from active systems, except limited records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, disputes, tax/accounting, or legal compliance. Local device caches may remain until cleared or the app is uninstalled. Play subscription records follow Google’s policies.

8) Account and data deletion

If you create an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Web (outside the app): Delete account

Email: panileloapp@gmail.com with subject Account deletion request, including the email/phone used to sign in.

In-app: request deletion from Settings / Profile, or contact support from your signed-in account.

We verify the request and delete the account and associated user data. Freezing an account is not deletion. Limited retention may apply only as described above.

PaniLelo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data.

Service providers (including Google) may process data in data centers outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and provider terms.

12) Deception, device & network abuse

PaniLelo is designed as a transparent business app. We do not use the Service to deceive users about identity or data practices, distribute malware, abuse device/network resources, or harvest installed-app inventories unrelated to documented features.

We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date.
